In the majority of cases, customization isn’t required as the flexibility of the standard system caters for most requirements.
The SHOEPACK database is ODBC compliant, allowing you to use external third party reporting tools to access the database. The standard product is supplied with more than adequate reporting ability to manage the business; however should you wish to write customer specific reports (e.g. Key Performance Indicators) you can do so using your own reporting tools.
If customization is required and the specification of the change is technically possible we will quote on the changes required, provided they have no negative impact on the system. Normally we would try to include these changes as part of the standard product, which has the added benefit that you receive any other enhancements with each upgrade supplied. We can write exclusive reports that no other customers will see, these would still appear on your standard menu.
